Emirates Islamic to launch a mobile app on Huawei AppGallery

Huawei AppGallery is the third biggest mobile program marketplace internationally.  This new venture with Emirates Islamic will allow the bank’s clients to access their account and cards with the ease of their own Huawei mobile devices, letting them easily transfer cash or use for items like fund and credit cards.

Emirates Islamic’s digital-first strategy was steadily gaining traction, with over 70 percent of consumers currently banking via mobile and online banking channels.  

The Huawei AppGallery has over 500 million monthly active users worldwide and over 700 million Huawei apparatus.  The cooperation with a prominent tech firm like Huawei reflects Emirates Islamic’s dedication to digital creation and its continuing efforts to utilize like-minded tech partners to provide easy and secure banking to UAE customers.

Emirates Islamic has bolstered its electronic banking proposal by means of cooperation with Huawei, getting the UAE’s first Islamic bank to establish its mobile banking program to the Huawei AppGallery platform.

Huawei AppGallery is offered in over 170 countries and areas on earth with 261 billion consumer program downloads in the first half of 2020.  Additionally, more than two million worldwide developers have joined the Huawei Mobile Services ecosystem with over 96,000 programs previously integrated with HMS Core globally, offering users even more particular encounters.
